On Tuesday, the ACDP, Cope and Freedom Front Plus, as well as the Forum for Service Delivery, came out in support of the Freedom Movement campaign, which is calling on government to slash exorbitant fuel levy costs. Supporters marched to the National Treasury headquarters in Pretoria to raise their concerns about the increasing fuel prices. Speaking at the march, ACDP President, Rev Kenneth Meshoe MP, remarked that in Botswana, petrol costs R10.91 a litre, in Lesotho it is R11.05 a litre, and in Swaziland is costs around R12.78 per litre. In South Africa, which supplied fuel to its neighbours, petrol cost around R16 a litre. #ACDP Video footage courtesy of SABC Digital News https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzwheTxKIYQ&feature=youtu.be
