R9.9 million has been approved to get the Orange Bag recycling in Ethekwini back on track. The ACDP applauds the approval, but still ask what happened with all the millions spent prior to this failed project having to have even more spent to get something running which should have been running just great. What has happened to the money provided previously and why was it stopped. According to the report after a lot of meetings the approval came out of the emergency funds.
