When my family received the news, they attacked and threatened my life. Despite all the persecution and hardship, my faith was firm in Christ.
Looking back in time, I would not trade that smack, punch or any form of persecution for the true freedom, the Lord Jesus Christ had given me.
On the 8 May 2019, many South Africans will be going to Vote. A nation proposed to be 80% Christian, yet the laws and regulations passed are more liberal and damning to our Biblical values and principles.
My thoughts ask, where are those 80% Christians?
Where are those ministers of the gospel that preached firmly on faith?
Where are those “Stephens” who stand for Truth and Righteousness, that they were willing to pay the higher price?
Where are those Christians who trust God’s word to carry them through persecution or has the church and Christians in South Africa, compromised so badly, that they cannot see the difference of light from darkness.
My message is to those 80% Christians: We are under attack. The word of God is under attack. Our gatherings are attack. Our belief is under attack. Our faith is under attack.
When my family persecuted me, I stood firm on my faith because I trusted Jesus Christ. Today, when our faith and belief is under attack by those parties you supported because of your land or business or wealth etc and betrayed the true call, can you stand firm and say… Not this time round.
If God carried me through from my persecutors, he is able to carry you through from the persecution.
This is the time, to stand on God’s word in the truth, and when we go out to vote on 8 May 2019, think about this Muslim convert who stands firm on Jesus Christ.
Think about how his faith was tested, yet he never compromised. Then vote for the only party, African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) that stands with your values.
Lets bring true transformation to South Africa and return this country back to the Lord.
