Evasive is not the way to respond to residents. The ACDP call out the DSW Ethekwini team responsible for the Orange recycling bags to take responsibility for their work which they are paid to do. Due to poor planning and mi management the DSW team responsible have contracted out millions of rands to this project which was working very well, and now it lies in ruins.
