British Airways Dreamliner 787-7 left London Heathrow at 20:45 (local time) and landed at King Shaka International at 05:08. The first passengers were greeted by the eThekwini mayor and the MEC for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs. The ACDP applaud the incredible work done at King Shaka and with theteam who have worked many years to attract the direct flight from Heathrow into Durban. This will open the doors for many citizens of Durban and Ethekwini.
